“ Perfect place for a quick bite! We stopped by midafternoon after a show at the fox. We were just looking for a quick drink and were pleasantly surprised at the relaxing atmosphere and affordability of the menu. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita, chips & queso, and eventually a single taco. We ended up being there longer than expected and kept ordering, the servers were accommodating to us stopping by periodically to checkin. Will be back soon! ”
“ I really enjoyed Casa de Tres Reyes. I would definitely return in the future - all of our main dishes were very good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the side dishes too. Overall it's a cute space with a more modern touch on Mexican dishes Tried: I had a carne asada and Baja taco plate with sweet plantains and street corn. My husband had a queso burrito Loved: we loved both of our dishes. I especially loved my carne asada taco and my husband had nothing but good things to say about his burrito Our service was really great, we almost had too many check ins. Liked: the queso was okay, and a little pricey for what you got Parking was super easy, getting a table was also easy ”
“ I wish I could give a 4.5! Minus 0.5 because the fish in the fish taco had soggy breading but everything else was 5 stars! Get a house margarita (or 2)! I was a little skeptical because they were pricier than a typical marg but well worth it! They tasted fresh and well balanced so you could tell they used quality ingredients. These are definitely California style tacos with light, fresh flavor. They have lots of options for you to mix and match. We got two tacos with consommé dipped double corn shells which were amazing!! The barabaco was cooked perfectly tender. The chicken Al pastor was sweet and balanced, plus I appreciated the chicken as most Al pastor tacos are pork. The blackened shrimp was my favorite! The sauce combo was perfect. The fish had great flavor but the soggy breading was disappointing after how phenomenal everything else was. The staff was friendly and attentive and food came out quickly. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous with multiple mosaic walls and a moss wall. Don't sleep on this spot! ”
“ First review of 2025! New Year's Day dinner pick was a 'go to' choice for Mexican. Not too busy later in the evening on a Holdiay, several spots occupied . We were greeted and seated quickly, by the always friendly staff. We knew we wanted to be quick, so we ordered queso up front. It comes out quickly and we dug in, its so good! Warm chips just add to it. I chose the carne asado bowl, no surprise there. I have a hard time ordering anything else after I first tired this dish. Lots of flavor in the meat, the pepper strips, beans, and lots of sofrito rice. Delish. Everything else I have tried has been good, too. Wings and tacos! Quick and friendly service, good food....great food, and reasonable prices, what else can you say? ”
“ Ambiance and service are still great, but the food seemed "off" this visit. The birria tacos were dry compared to the last time I had them. Maybe they were left out too long, but the meat and exterior were dry and the cheese was not hot. My wife got her usual veggie bowl and said it was good. We wanted to get the Smokey salsa, but were told they were out. Maybe just an off night? ”
“ Love the fresh made salsa '& warm tortillas which were so good it was hard to stop eating them! I had shrimp fajitas which were the BEST I have ever had. Great portions, plenty of umami & yes I took some home & I normally do not eat leftovers especially seafood, but the flavors were so good I had to. Servers were very nice & friendly .we never had to wait for them to do anything including filling water glasses. Checking if we need anything etc. The place was warm & inviting & I can't wait to go back!! My new favorite place!! ”
“ Don't judge this book by its cover. The inside of this place is gorgeous! The service was decent, nothing exceptional, but the food was excellent. My drowned burrito was aces and the others dining enjoyed their fajitas and tacos. We also had queso dip which was a tad pricy for the small cup we received but was a decent cup. Not my favorite salsa but I am picky. ”
“ I always have a really good experience here. We came here for lunch and the service was great, prompt and attentive. I decided to get some tacos and went for the blackened shrimp and carne asada. For the carne asada, I decide to get el grande style which is their double shell taco. The actual taco is served on a hard shell and then wrapped with queso and a soft tortilla. It was like a cheesy Gordita crunch- so good! Highly recommend. The blackened shrimp was great- I loved the garlic aioli with it. My spicy skinny marg was delicious- they always make them delicious! ”
